TLC supports people with disabilities to help gain social skills that lead to happy fulfilling lives in the community.  

TLC provides a place for older adults as well as younger adults to be active in the community, outside their homes. 

Developmental Disabilities Services – nurture and empower young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities such as autism, down syndrome, and cerebral palsy.

Autism – customizes programs to the needs of young adults and adults on the autism spectrum. Developmental Disabilities programs are equipped to assist children and adults with autism, but some programs are especially tailored to their needs.

Day Program participants are typically 18+ years, often joining us after High school graduation. Participants enjoy friendships, movement, music, learning new skills, skills, special events, excursions, and volunteering in the community. Specific qualifying criteria below.

Transition – Day habilitation Individualized Skills and Socialization could be a fit for your adult child after they age out of high school if they won’t be working at a job or going to college or another school. The program helps build social skills, make new friends, and schedule their days.

We offer a wide range of individualized skills and socialization programs to help your loved ones further enhance the skill set they need to improve their quality of life, self-esteem, independence, confidence, and sense of belonging.
